Sales Engineer - Data Center Projects in Dallas, TX

I'm recruiting for a leading independent provider of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for the mission-critical data center industry.

Supporting over 100 active data centers, 3GW+ of critical load, and delivering 1,000+ projects across North America, they're at the forefront of the rapidly growing AI, cloud, and hyperscale market.

They're now looking to grow their Texas sales team and are seeking a Sales Engineer with a background in building automation, controls, or mission-critical infrastructure who's looking to build a career in the data center industry.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the sales team to develop technical solutions for data center customers.
• Design BMS, EPMS, PLC, and SCADA solutions.
• Support proposals, RFPs, and technical presentations.
• Work with engineering, operations, finance, and legal to ensure projects are commercially and technically viable.
• Act as the technical lead throughout the pre-sales process before handing projects over to delivery teams.

What They're Looking For

• Experience with BMS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, or industrial controls.
• Background in building automation, critical facilities, industrial automation, or data centers.
• Strong customer-facing and technical consulting skills.
• Experience supporting technical sales or solution development.
