The Opportunity As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of the mechanical scope across a diverse range of projects, including: Industrial Manufacturing Controlled Environment Agriculture Large-Scale Commercial Working within a fully integrated design-build environment, you will have the opportunity to lead projects from preconstruction through completion, collaborating closely with internal designers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the mechanical scope throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and budget management. Collaborate with internal design teams, superintendents, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Drive project execution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. What We're Looking For Degree or background in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing mechanical scopes on commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Previous design-build experience is highly desirable. A motivated, organised professional with strong ownership skills and the ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish. What's on Offer Up to $140,000 base salary. Performance-based bonus. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). One-month paid sabbatical every five years. $28,000 per child scholarship programme. Comprehensive benefits package.
