Construction EHS Advisor


Currently seeking an experienced Construction EHS Advisor to support a major Data Centre construction project based in Ireland for 2 days a week on site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contractor EHS performance and compliance.
  • Conduct daily and weekly site safety inspections and audits.
  • Provide EHS coaching, guidance, and technical support to site teams.
  • Review risk assessments, method statements, and hazard identification processes.
  • Investigate incidents and lead significant event reporting.
  • Track and report EHS KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in safety meetings, progress meetings, and project reviews.
  • Support the implementation of site safety initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure accurate EHS documentation and contractor reporting.


Requirements:

  • Proven construction EHS experience, ideally on Data Centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication, auditing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and coach contractor management teams to drive safe working practices.


This role is part-time freelance basis for 6-12 months with the opportunity to go full time.
