Senior Electrical Superintendent in United States

We are seeking a proven field leader to oversee the day-to-day execution of complex data center construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strong safety and quality oversight, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders in fast-paced, technically demanding environments.

Position Overview

The Senior Electrical Superintendent will provide field leadership for large-scale data center projects throughout the USA. Reporting to project and operational leadership, this role is responsible for site execution, workforce management, schedule adherence, safety performance, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in mission-critical environments, electrical distribution systems, and complex infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale electrical data center construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate electrical crews, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Drive project schedules by planning manpower, sequencing work, and resolving field issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and mission-critical construction standards.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning activities, and turnover requirements.
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with Project Managers to mitigate risks and maintain schedule milestones.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide leadership to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong working relationships with owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Electrical Construction Superintendent experience.
• 3+ years of data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure project experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cabling, and critical facility retrofits.
• Proven success managing large field teams and multiple subcontractors on complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
