A well-funded global data centre developer is building out its Nordic platform, and needs a Commissioning Director to own the function across the region.

This is a build-it seat, not a run-it seat. You won't be inheriting someone else's processes - you'll be setting the commissioning strategy, writing the standards, selecting and managing the Cx agents and vendors, and growing the team as the estate scales. Backed by a multi-billion pipeline, so the runway is real.

It suits someone who's topped out at a major operator or EPC and wants to own a function rather than maintain one.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading commissioning across the Nordic portfolio, from design review through to handover
• Building and owning the Cx and QA/QC framework, standards, and documentation from the ground up
• Hiring and developing the regional commissioning team
• Managing relationships with Cx agents, MEP contractors, and the wider delivery team
• Acting as the senior commissioning authority across multiple concurrent builds

What you'll bring:

• A strong track record delivering commissioning on hyperscale or large-scale colocation data centres
• Experience at Commissioning Manager or Director level, ideally across multiple sites or regions
• The credibility to set standards and the appetite to build something rather than slot into it
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, greenfield environment
• Nordic market experience is an advantage, not a requirement - the right person matters more than the postcode
