Chiller Engineer at Clear in Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom (On-site)

Location: Bristol / Field Based

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Package

We’re looking for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a well-established UK cooling and HVAC business, working across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and data center environments.

The Role

• Service, maintenance and breakdowns on chillers and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose faults and provide effective repair solutions
• Work on chilled water systems, splits, VRF/VRV and associated HVAC equipment
• Carry out electrical, controls, refrigerant and mechanical works
• Attend customer sites and manage jobs independently
• Complete clear service reports and documentation
• Provide technical support to other engineers when required

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years’ refrigeration/chiller experience
• Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration / Engineering
• Strong chiller and refrigeration fault-finding experience
• F-Gas certified
• Comfortable working independently on customer sites
• Experience with centrifugal, screw or reciprocating chillers is highly desirable
• Additional specialist experience such as Ammonia, CO₂, Turbocor or controls would be advantageous
