CSA Lead at Clear in Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area (On-site)

Position: CSA Lead

Location: Germany

Sector: Data Centres

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months+

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all CSA activities on site.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor programme progress, resolve technical issues, and drive project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CSA Lead, Senior or CSA Manager on Data Centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural construction.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in Germany.
• Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience is essential.
