EHS Advisor at Clear in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany (On-site)

Location: Various locations across Europe

Contract: Rotation & Freelance

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, carrying out inspections and audits, supporting RAMS reviews, conducting toolbox talks, and working closely with project teams to maintain the highest health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an EHS/HSE Advisor on construction or MEP projects
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and site safety procedures
• Experience with RAMS, inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
• EU passport or the right to work within Europe is preferred
