Electrical Site Supervisor – Data Center Project
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major Data Center project in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on site.
- Monitor daily progress and report to the Construction Manager.
- Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions and ensure compliance with RAMS.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet project specifications.
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain programme milestones.
- Manage materials, labour and subcontractors within your work area.
- Champion a positive Health & Safety culture, ensuring zero-harm objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Senior Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising electrical installations on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience on Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Commercial or Industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
