Quality Assurance Manager at Clear in Wales, United Kingdom (On-site)

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Quality Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a large-scale data centre project.

As the MEP Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the MEP quality team and driving quality processes across both mechanical and electrical installations. You will oversee inspections, manage quality documentation, ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements, and support the successful delivery of the project.

You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of M&E QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring inspections, testing, and documentation are completed to the required standards.

Requirements -

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
• Previous experience working as an MEP Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong contractor-side experience is essential.
• Proven experience leading teams of M&E QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, testing, handover documentation, and quality management systems.
• Previous data centre experience is essential.
• Experience delivering a Microsoft data centre project would be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
