Regional Quality Lead at Clear in County Dublin, Ireland (On-site)

We are working on behalf of a Tier 1 data centre contractor with live projects across multiple European countries.

You'll be the senior QC voice across Europe — not sat on one site, but owning standards, consistency, and escalation across all of them. NCRs, ITPs, audits, reporting, the lot. You set the bar and make sure every project hits it.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring QC teams across multiple European sites
• Owning ITPs, method statements, inspections, and NCR resolution
• Standardising QC process and documentation region-wide
• Reporting KPIs and quality performance direct to senior leadership
• Client-facing on audits, inspections, and design/buildability reviews

What you'll need:

• 7+ years in QC/QA within construction, MEP, or data centres
• Strong across CSA, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning quality
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites or countries
• Comfortable travelling across Europe regularly
