I am working with a leading general contractor that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who can develop new business, strengthen key client relationships, and lead the successful delivery of high-profile mission critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new mission critical construction opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and design teams
• Support the continued growth of the mission critical division through strategic business development initiatives
• Manage projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
• Work closely with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams throughout the pursuit and delivery process
• Contribute to business strategy, pursuit planning, and market growth initiatives

Background Required

• Extensive Senior Project Management experience within a general contracting environment
• Previous mission critical and/or data center construction experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and winning new projects
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
