We’re partnering with an established commercial general contractor seeking a Senior Quality Control & Assurance Manager to lead QA/QC efforts across complex data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage enclosure-related projects and teams.
- Track quality metrics and develop corrective solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of building enclosure, construction quality, or consulting experience.
- Ability to interpret construction documents and technical reports.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Professional license, ICC certification, USACE/NAVFAC/CQE/CQT credentials, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, AutoCAD, or Revit.
