Client Side - Data Center Sector

Salary up to €250,000 + Uncapped OTE + Package

Clear are working exclusively with a growing international infrastructure business that is expanding its Data Center division and is now looking to appoint a VP of Sales to lead its commercial growth.

This is a genuine build-and-grow opportunity. The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales strategy, develop relationships with major data center customers and partners, and help establish the commercial function as the business scales its European footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Data Center division
• Build senior-level relationships with Hyperscalers, Neo-Cloud providers, Colocation operators and Enterprise customers
• Identify and secure new data center development and capacity opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships across the wider digital infrastructure ecosystem
• Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline across European markets
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and customer agreements
• Work closely with development, engineering, energy, investment and executive teams
• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion
• Represent the business at C-suite level with customers, investors and strategic partners
• Build and develop the sales organisation as the division grows

Desired Experience

• Senior sales, commercial or business development experience within Data Centers, Colocation, Cloud or Digital Infrastructure
• An established network across Hyperscalers, Neo-Cloud, Colocation or Enterprise customers
• Experience selling complex, high-value infrastructure, capacity or development opportunities
• A proven track record of opening markets and generating significant new business
• Strong knowledge of the European Data Center market
• Experience managing complex, long-term commercial negotiations
• The credibility to operate at C-suite and board level
• Experience building and leading sales teams is advantageous
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a function from the ground up
