We're looking for a BMS Small Works Engineer to deliver modifications, upgrades, remedial works and optimisation across commercial buildings.

If you enjoy the variety of working on different BMS systems rather than spending months on one project, this could be a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BMS small works and remedial projects.
• Modify existing BMS systems.
• Install and configure controllers and field devices.
• Complete software modifications.
• Carry out commissioning and testing.
• Fault-find existing BMS installations.
• Complete site surveys.
• Work with customers to understand requirements.
• Produce service and project documentation.
• Support larger project and service teams.

Experience

• BMS engineering experience.
• Experience with small works or remedial projects.
• Strong HVAC controls knowledge.
• Software and commissioning experience.
• Trend or comparable BMS experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
