Chris Unwin is Divisional Director for Clear's permanent division in Europe, having joined the business as an entry level recruiter and progressed to leading one of its core desks. He recruits across the full data center lifecycle, from MEP design and power and cooling through project and construction management, automation and controls, site selection and technical operations, partnering with operators, main contractors and consultancies throughout the UK and Europe. He writes regularly on data center hiring, covering workforce retention, planning consent and the skills shortage shaping the sector.
